Top Problem SolvedRecent Customers profiles – As a home owner and landlord with investment properties outside of super and inside of super I feel I am qualified enough to talk on investment properties. **I am still helping a customer of mine who has MS, purchase as many investment properties as he can so that he can live off the income when the time comes. He is a Renting Investor who has purchased two off-the-plan properties so far. As he purchased for strong growth and cash flow reasons he will be able to hold these properties long enough for it to grow in value to be used as leverage to purchase more. **Was happy to help our Daughter, who started out as a Renting Investor purchase one off-the-plan investment property and then used that property as leverage to purchase her owner occupied property. She now owns two properties. **Our Daughter & her Husband has just consolidated their industry super into an SMSF and will be ready to purchase their first SMSF property. **Was happy to inform our Son & his Wife to consolidate their industry super and set it up an SMSF to purchase property. As a result of this he was interviewed by the ABC 7.30 Report as a very young SMSF Investor. **Happily helped quite a few timid customers whose brokers could not/would not help them further for obvious reasons. **Helped a few credit impaired customers purchase their homes. These properties come with an exit strategy as well. **Helped asset rich customers get a reverse mortgage on their properties so that they could get access to some cash out and not be bound to making monthly repayments on these loans.
